Commencing in Semester 2, Dr Cassandra Star will be running POAD9122 Environmental Policy and Governance, a course that has not been run by FIPPM since 2005. Cassandra’s approach within the course will be to explore policy approaches and policy tools for environmental issues, as well as the in-depth examination of several contemporary environmental issues (including climate change) throughout the course. Students will also have the opportunity to critically investigate a case study of their own interest through the course’s assessment structure.
