The conference was hosted by the Flinders Institute of Public Policy and Management (FIPPM). FIPPM is a graduate centre established within Flinders University to promote excellence in public administration, policy and management. The Institute takes a strongly inter-disciplinary approach to current and emerging issues facing Governments and other public bodies internationally.
