Staff Climate Survey (2004)

BHP Billiton commissioned NILS to provide a Health, Safety and Environment Climate Survey for its Liverpool Bay Asset (LBA) in the United Kingdom. NILS designed and managed the survey, and analysed the findings. The analysis included a comparison with the results of a previous LBA survey as well as a comparison with the Australian Benchmark. In addition to the final report, NILS provided a complete Data Book which showed the full spectrum of responses for all of the questionnaire items. A management presentation was also provided by NILS so that the Management Team at the Liverpool Bay Asset could provide feedback on the survey to all workers.
