Victor has over 10 years’ working experience in the China branches of various multi-national companies including Shell, Energizer and Wrigley.
His experience covers a broad field of sales & marketing management, market research, human resource development & training and organisation management consulting.
Victor has a Flinders PhD Scholarship and started his research in mid-2005.
