Expertise & Consultancies

Julius is an Economics Lecturer of Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs in the Faculty of Economics, Cenderawasih University, West Papua, Indonesia. He has served as Deputy Head and Director of Laboratories of Development Economics, Cenderawasih University and has worked as a Consultant for the Civil Society Support and Strengthening Program (CSSP) under USAID (Chemonics International). He has also worked as a specialist for Vice Rector IV (PUREK IV) at Cenderawasih University. He won an Early Career Award at the Educational Research Conference 2006.

Julius is an AusAID scholarship recipient and commenced his PhD project with NILS on July 25, 2005.
